2026 brings with it a stronger focus on after hours programming, including an After Dark Market! This market is specifically for makers of adult products, such as leather cuffs, body pillows, prints, and more.

Looking to unload some extra merch? Want to sell some of your cosplay pieces? Our new garage sale style swap meet is the perfect place! This event is open to anyone who wants to sell their gently used goods, but table space is limited so apply now!

Booth spaces are 10 X 5 and $25 each

Vendor Booth Details:

Retailer booths are 10′ X 10′, Artist booths are 8’X5′
Two artists may share one table, however both will need to fill out an application in order to be approved to do so
NSFW & 18+ content is not permitted in the Merchant Hall, and can only be sold in the After Dark Market
All booths include an 8′ X 30″ table, tablecloth, and two chairs
All booths include 2 exhibitor badges
All tables must be manned during opening hours
Listing in the website directory is included
All exhibitors receive a social media featurette
Vendors may choose to participate in the official stamp rally yearbook for $15
Vendors are encouraged to bring badge ribbons!
Vendors must adhere to our AI policy
Vendors are not permitted to sell food, drinks, illicit or controlled substances, or items that violate Canadian law. YetiCon does not support the sale of pirated or bootleg merchandise.
Sale of replica weapons (such as swords) are guided by our Weapons Policy and, once sold, must be kept inside a sealed container at all times. Replica firearms cannot be sold at all.

Nerdy Nominoichi from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Saturday

Loot Hall vendor market open from 10 am to 6 pm
After Dark Market open from 8:00 pm to midnight

Sunday

Loot Hall vendor market open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
