YetiCon’s mission is to create a fun, safe, and inclusive weekend getaway for people of all kinds. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, homophobia, racism, unwanted touching, violence, stalking, or any other behaviour that ought to be known to be unwanted. Any individuals found to be acting inappropriately while attending YetiCon will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Failure to do so will result in police intervention.
As part of our commitment to safety, private security will be present at all times within the convention centre. If you experience, witness, or otherwise have concerns about harassment of yourself or other individuals, please notify an organizer of the event immediately. You can reach Angela, the Creative Director, by call or text at (905) 483-6336, or look for anyone wearing a “crew” lanyard.
Individuals who have been found to have violated this policy will be barred from attending future events.
